Cook 3 cups diced potatoes and 2 thinly sliced leeks in 2 T hot olive oil for 5 mins. Add 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham. Cook 2 minutes. Add 8 oz sliced asparagus, 1/3 cup water and 1/8 tsp pepper. Cover and cook 3 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded Havarti cheese with dill. cook 1 minute.
